Schneider Electric crossed the €40 billion revenue threshold for the first time, reporting €40.15 billion in FY25 as triple-digit data center growth fueled a strong fourth quarter. The French energy technology company also announced CFO Hilary Maxson will depart April 5, with Nathan Fast taking over the position next day.

Energy Management, comprising 82% of group revenue, grew 10.3% organically to €33.13 billion, while Industrial Automation rose 3.0% to €7.02 billion. Adjusted EBITA increased 12.3% to €7.52 billion, though gross margin fell 40 basis points to 42.1% due to raw material costs and tariffs.

The company set a 2026 target of 10-15% organic adjusted EBITA growth, aiming for 50-80 basis points margin improvement. Free cash flow reached a record €4.64 billion, and the board proposed an 8% higher dividend of €4.20 per share, subject to shareholder approval in May.
