Aker Solutions' revenue surpassed expectations in the fourth quarter, reaching NOK 16.67 billion, exceeding the forecast of NOK 15.60 billion. However, the Norwegian engineering group is facing margin pressure due to legacy lump-sum projects and costs in its OneSubsea venture. The company's order intake also showed strength, reaching NOK 19.60 billion.

The company's EBITDA margin was impacted by costs. RBC Capital Markets analysts noted the OneSubsea contribution was reduced by integration and restructuring expenses. Aker Solutions anticipates a 2026 revenue of NOK 45-50 billion. The company is guiding to an EBITDA margin of 7-7.5% excluding OneSubsea's net income contribution.

Looking back, Aker Solutions generated NOK 63.21 billion in revenue and NOK 5.28 billion in EBITDA for 2025. The company's board proposed an ordinary dividend of NOK 3.60 per share. With substantial backlog and long-term agreements, Aker Solutions faces the challenge of maintaining revenue growth beyond 2026.
