Interruttore Hall-Effek, TMR & Tanpa Kontak Keyboard dijelaskan

The mechanical keyboard is evolving beyond physical contacts. Over the past six years, optical, Hall-effect, and other contactless switches have gained popularity, often at higher prices than traditional mechanical boards. They promise longer life and smoother action, though daily differences can be subtle.

Standard mechanical switches, like Cherry MX Browns, rely on metal leaves touching to close a circuit. Over time, oxidation and wear can degrade performance. Contactless designs avoid this by using light, magnetism, or electrostatic capacitance instead of direct metal contact.

Varmilo's Flaming electrostatic capacitive switch exemplifies the new generation. While manufacturers tout durability and smoother presses, contactless PCBs are less common, and hot-swap support remains limited. Some premium lubricated mechanical switches now rival contactless lifespans at 100 million keystrokes.

The real advantage depends on use case. Gamers may appreciate faster actuation, while typists might notice smoother resets. However, spring and stem friction still play a role. Choosing the best switch requires looking beyond marketing terms to actual feel and compatibility.
