Rangers have secured the signing of midfielder Vanja Dragojevic from Partizan Belgrade on an initial four-year contract. The 20-year-old becomes the club's seventh summer acquisition as manager Derek McInnes continues to reshape the squad.

Dragojevic arrives at Ibrox for a fee exceeding £4m, with an option for a further 12-month extension. He previously captained the Serbian side and was recognized as one of the league's top defensive midfielders, also holding two caps for his national team.

He joins fellow midfielders Cammy Devlin and Dan Neil, alongside other new signings Lawrence Shankland, Ross McCrorie, Ben Godfrey, and Ivor Pandur. The club had also been in discussions for Jens Hjertø-Dahl but prioritized the move for Dragojevic.

Dragojevic expressed his excitement, stating, "It feels amazing, and I'm really happy and proud to be part of such a big club like Rangers." Manager McInnes added, "We are really excited to bring Vanja on board. He's got huge potential, really exciting attributes, and boasts the character to play in this environment."
