Ryana Mac Donald-Gay took four wickets as Manchester Super Giants secured a commanding seven-wicket victory over London Spirit at Lord's. The Super Giants' bowlers restricted the hosts to 80 all out with nine deliveries remaining, a target they chased down in just 40 minutes.

"That was a mega start from our girls," said England spinner Sophie Ecclestone, highlighting the effective bowling from Grace Ballinger and Mac Donald-Gay. Spirit struggled early, losing key wickets including Amy Jones and Marie Kelly. Player-of-the-match Mac Donald-Gay was instrumental, claiming crucial dismissals of Kelly, Marizanne Kapp, Nadine de Klerk, and Katie George.

In the chase, Smriti Mandhana and captain Meg Lanning built a solid foundation. Although Kapp took three wickets, Paige Scholfield (22no) and Richa Ghosh (15no) guided the Super Giants to victory, sending them to the top of The Hundred table on net run-rate. The next Hundred double-header features Birmingham Phoenix against Trent Rockets, live on Sky Sports.
