Neil Adams is leaving Norwich City at season's end after 32 years with the club, stepping down from his role as assistant sporting director. Head of recruitment Lee Dunn will succeed Ben Knapper as sporting director following internal restructuring. Adams, 59, who played for Norwich between 1994-1999 and managed the club from 2014-2015, won the FA Youth Cup in 2013. Knapper faces intense scrutiny after Norwich spent over £50m this season while languishing in the Championship relegation zone. Dean Rastrick is also departing to become Everton's academy manager, ending his 13-year Tottenham tenure. Adams' exit marks the end of an era at Carrow Road where he first played as a teenager.
