Andoni Iraola claimed Nottingham Forest's penalty in the 2-2 draw at Anfield would not have happened if the fourth official's electronic board had functioned properly. Liverpool had attempted a triple substitution for over two minutes, during which the ball went out of play three times.

Sub Ryan Gravenberch and Iraola gestured in frustration to fourth official Tim Robinson, who was squatting beside two electronic boards. According to protocol, clubs prepare a subs board for the fourth official to display. Iraola said Robinson was "having some problems with the board or something."
