Startup formation on Clerky grew 6.5x faster in the past year compared to historical averages. Hundreds of attorneys and paralegals now work with clients using the platform. The decision to join Stripe stems from shared cultural values and a mutual mission to support the startup ecosystem. Stripe brings over 15 years of experience building infrastructure that startups rely on.

As part of Stripe, Clerky will maintain its focus on helping high-growth startups and their attorneys complete routine legal paperwork safely. The team emphasized its commitment to continuing the same high level of service, now with additional resources to develop new products and features.
