Anthropic Launches Claude Reflect Dashboard for Usage Analytics

Anthropic has released Reflect, a beta dashboard that visualizes how users interact with Claude across time periods of one, three, six, or twelve months. Accessible from Settings on the web and desktop apps, the tool surfaces top topics, peak usage hours, and recurring task categories — coding, writing, analysis — so users can see whether their AI habits match their intentions. A forthcoming view will add total time spent, while periodic prompts such as "What's one thing you want to keep doing yourself?" encourage deliberate delegation.

The feature is built around a 4D AI Fluency Framework — Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence — scoring each dimension with concrete examples from the user's own history, like rewriting email drafts in a personal voice or setting strategy before handing off execution. Practical suggestions include converting repeated context into a Project to avoid re-explaining background.

Privacy controls are strict: incognito chats, raw files from connected tools (e.g., email inboxes), and any conversation linked to a health integration are excluded. Insights remain local to the dashboard and are not used for model training. Anthropic consulted the MIT Media Lab's AHA program, the Digital Wellness Lab at Boston Children's Hospital, and the Family Online Safety Institute on the design.

Reflect is live for Free, Pro, and Max tiers with Memory enabled; Cowork conversation support is slated for a later update. The dashboard turns passive usage logs into an active feedback loop, giving engineers and knowledge workers a rare quantitative mirror for their AI collaboration patterns.
