Claude's New 'Reflect' Feature Tracks User Habits

Anthropic is rolling out a new "Reflect" feature for its Claude AI, designed to offer users insights into their interaction patterns with the chatbot. Similar to Spotify Wrapped, Reflect compiles summaries of usage over the past 1, 3, 6, or 12 months, detailing key topics discussed, common tasks, and overall usage habits.

The feature aims to encourage users to consider the role Claude plays in their workflow and personal lives, prompting reflection with questions like "What's one thing you want to keep doing yourself, even if Claude could do it faster?" Anthropic is also introducing new settings for "quiet hours" and break reminders, alongside a framework for improving AI collaboration skills across categories like Delegation and Discernment.

Reflect operates with privacy in mind, excluding data from incognito chats, connected tool files, and health integration tools. The gathered information is not repurposed for other uses. This beta feature is available to Free, Pro, and Max users with memory enabled, accessible via the Settings section in Claude's web and desktop applications.
