Chicago Bears quarterback Tyson Bagent has cleared the NFL's concussion protocol and carries no injury designation for Monday night's game against the Philadelphia Eagles. However, Bagent is expected to serve as the backup to Case Keenum, who will likely make the start.

Keenum, 38, was the only quarterback on Chicago's 53-man roster to practice each day leading into Week 3. Bagent returned to practice Saturday as a full participant after missing the Bears' prior two sessions. The 26-year-old backup sustained a concussion on his second play in relief of Caleb Williams during Chicago's 9-3 loss to the Minnesota Vikings.

After Bagent threw a short pass that fell incomplete, he was driven to the turf by Minnesota outside linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel. Williams was ruled out Saturday with a Grade 2 hamstring strain expected to sideline him for three to four weeks, according to sources who told ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
