NFL Football 8-Hour Briefing

Contract Negotiations

The Colts remain optimistic about securing deals with quarterback Daniel Jones and receiver Alec Pierce before free agency begins. Trent Williams and the 49ers are actively working to find a contractual solution, with GM John Lynch expressing confidence despite earlier reports of difficulty.

Player Movements

Brandon Aubrey is seeking a contract closer to $10 million per season from the Cowboys, who offered to make him the NFL's highest-paid kicker. Meanwhile, Keon Coleman will get "every chance" with the Bills, but GM Brandon Beane is challenging the receiver to recapture his prior training camp attitude.

Trade Market

A potential trade for Trey Hendrickson would be a "complicated" move for the Bengals, according to director of player personnel Duke Tobin.
