Fractal Design Pop 2 Vision RGB case review

Fractal Design sent a review unit of its newest case, the Pop 2 Vision RGB, to TechPowerUp. Unlike the original Pop and Pop 2, which are single‑chamber ATX boxes, the Vision version adopts a dual‑glass, dual‑chamber layout and ships in black, white or an RGB finish. At 9.7 kg, the chassis feels solid, and it includes a USB‑C 5 Gbps port plus a side‑panel ARGB controller.

The case supports Mini‑ITX, micro‑ATX and full‑size ATX boards, with a BTF‑compatible motherboard tray that slides out for easy cable management. Drive bays include one 3.5‑inch slot and three 2.5‑inch mounts, while the front panel houses two 120 mm fans and two ARGB strips controlled via an internal hub. Optional cooling adds three top fans or a 360 mm radiator.

Pricing places the Pop 2 Vision RGB alongside mainstream mid‑tower offerings, but its tempered‑glass panels and refined tooling give it a premium feel that rivals more expensive competitors. Builders who value a clean aesthetic and straightforward internal layout will appreciate the included fans and USB‑C front‑panel ports. Overall, Fractal Design delivers a case that feels distinct from its Pop lineage while staying affordable.
