Zyxel Networks unveiled the WBE665S BE22000 12-stream Wi-Fi 7 Triple-Radio NebulaFlex Pro access point designed for harsh industrial settings. The device combines a durable IP67-rated weatherproof enclosure with Wi-Fi 7 capabilities, targeting warehouses, manufacturing plants, and cold storage facilities where extreme temperatures, dust, and humidity challenge traditional wireless infrastructure. This rugged solution aims to support mission-critical operations like IoT sensors, forklift-connected tablets, and barcode scanners in environments previously deemed unsuitable for wireless networks.

The WBE665S delivers up to 22 Gbps throughput via a tri-radio architecture and Multi-Link Operation (MLO), ensuring low latency for high-density deployments. Its 120-degree smart sectorial antenna optimizes coverage efficiency, while dual 10GbE uplinks enable fiber connectivity over 100 meters. The device operates between -40°C and 70°C, making it suitable for outdoor installations and sub-zero storage units.

AI-powered management integrates with Zyxel’s Nebula platform, offering cloud, controller, or standalone modes. Tools like Nebula’s Wi-Fi Aid and Wireless Health automatically detect performance issues, reducing MSP maintenance visits. Enterprise-grade security features include Secure Wi-Fi, DPPSK authentication, and passwordless access to protect networks and administrator accounts.

Zyxel Networks’ Senior Associate Vice President Kell Lin emphasized the product’s role in addressing growing demand for resilient connectivity in industrial sectors. The WBE665S positions MSPs to expand into markets requiring robust wireless solutions, combining durability, speed, and intelligent management to minimize downtime in challenging conditions.
