Trend Force’s latest NAND Flash research shows AI server demand stayed steady in 2Q26, especially for enterprise SSDs, creating a supply shortage that let suppliers raise ASPs.

The combined revenue of the top five publicly listed NAND Flash brands surged $68.87B – a 77% QoQ jump – as higher ASPs were negotiated across the market.

Looking ahead, smartphone and PC demand is expected to stay weak while AI‑server demand remains strong. Suppliers are focusing capital on DRAM and HBM, limiting new NAND capacity, which keeps ASPsSJ supporting revenue growth.

Samsung led the group, with revenue up 70.7% QoQ to $23.06B and a 29.3% market share. SK hynix followed with 89.5% QoQ growth to $14.27B. Micron moved into third place, posting 99.2% QoQ growth to $11.85B. Kioxia and Sandisk rounded out the top five with 79.9% and 50.7% QoQ increases, respectively.
