The global NAND Flash market experienced explosive growth in Q4 2025, with the top five suppliers posting a combined 23.8% quarter-over-quarter revenue increase to US$21.17 billion. This surge was primarily driven by massive enterprise SSD demand from North American cloud service providers building out AI server infrastructure. The shortage of HDDs and extended lead times pushed more customers toward NAND solutions, creating a supply-demand imbalance that drove prices higher.

Samsung maintained its market leadership with $6.6 billion in revenue, though its share slipped to 28% despite significant price increases. SK Group showed the strongest growth among top players, jumping 47.8% to approximately $5.21 billion as mobile NAND and enterprise SSD demand surged. Kioxia achieved record quarterly performance with $3.31 billion in revenue, while Micron and Sandisk both reached nearly $3.03 billion, up 24.8% and 31.1% respectively.

The industry faces continued supply constraints heading into 2026, with TrendForce projecting NAND prices to surge 85-90% in Q1 2026. Major suppliers are accelerating technology transitions and focusing on high-capacity QLC enterprise SSDs to meet AI workload demands. Capacity allocation increasingly favors server applications, potentially tightening consumer product availability.
