Thermal Grizzly has rolled out its DeltaMate MPII series, a line of premium CPU water blocks built for AMD AM5 and Intel LGA1851 sockets. Each unit mounts on a nickel‑plated copper plate with ultra‑fine microfins, delivering a large heat‑transfer surface. The design also features a borosilicate glass window and anodized aluminum cover for a sleek look for enthusiasts today.

The blocks use a hybrid fin layout: on the core complex die, 25 microfins at 0.2 mm width create a dense heat sink, while an additional row of 29 fins at 0.4 mm above the I/O die improves flow distribution. Branded RGB LEDs, driven by a 3‑pin ARGB header, illuminate the glass window, adding a visual cue to the cooling performance today.

With an emphasis on quality, every component—from the brass G1/4‑inch threaded inserts to the sanded borosilicate edges—undergoes strict quality control. The AM5 variant is backward compatible with AM4, while the Intel model supports LGA1700, giving users flexibility across platforms. The DeltaMate MPII is now available, with the Intel version slated for release shortly to benchmarks and performance today engineers.
