Silicon Power has launched a new DDR5 RDIMM memory module engineered specifically for enterprise AI workloads and data center environments. The module features original high-quality DRAM chips with 32 internal banks across 8 groups, delivering massive bandwidth for AI, machine learning, and large-scale data processing tasks.

Operating at speeds up to 6400 MT/s with 1.1V power efficiency, the DDR5 RDIMM incorporates advanced On-Die ECC technology and a Registering Clock Driver for enhanced fault tolerance. This design provides superior data integrity compared to standard ECC UDIMMs, making it suitable for mission-critical applications requiring continuous uptime.

Available in 16 GB, 32 GB, and 64 GB capacities at 5600 and 6400 MT/s speeds, the module supports Intel and AMD server platforms while meeting JEDEC DDR5 standards. A dedicated Power Management IC ensures precise voltage regulation with reduced power consumption and thermal output, backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
