Transcend Information, Inc. has launched a full range of DDR5-7200 embedded DRAM modules tailored for next-gen computing platforms. The lineup includes CUDIMM, CSODIMM, ECC CUDIMM, ECC CSODIMM, and RDIMM variants, serving AI PCs, desktops, industrial systems, workstations, servers, and data centers. With transfer speeds up to 7200 MT/s, these modules boost memory bandwidth, multitasking performance, and data-processing efficiency while maintaining low power consumption and high reliability. Ideal for AI inference, edge computing, smart healthcare, and high-performance computing, the modules feature dual-channel architecture, integrated PMIC, 1.1 V low voltage, and on-die ECC.

The CUDIMM and CSODIMM modules include a Client Clock Driver (CKD) to enhance clock signal integrity, reduce jitter, and ensure stable transmission. CUDIMM uses standard form factors for desktops and workstations, while CSODIMM offers a compact SO-DIMM profile for AI laptops and embedded systems. ECC variants provide error detection and correction for mission-critical applications like medical systems and edge AI platforms.

RDIMM modules, designed for servers and data centers, use registers to reduce memory controller load and support high-capacity configurations. They also feature system-level ECC for real-time data error correction, making them suitable for AI servers, cloud computing, and enterprise applications.

Built with high-quality ICs and subjected to rigorous testing, the modules operate reliably across an extended temperature range of -20°C to 85°C. ECC and RDIMM series include 30µ" gold fingers and anti-sulfur technology for durability. Backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, these modules ensure long-term stability in demanding environments.
