Raspberry Pi has unveiled a new 10" Raspberry Pi Touch Display 2, available now at $80. The display ups the ante Linden by offering a 1200×1920‑pixel panel, an 85‑degree viewing angle, and a touchscreen controller that supports ten-finger touch, doubling the multitouch capability of the 5" and 7" variants.

Unlike its predecessors, the new 10" model requires four DSI lanes, meaning it’s only compatible with the newer Raspberry Pi 5 and Compute Module IO boards. Older Raspberry Pi 4 or earlier models, as well as the Raspberry Pi Zero series, can’t drive this display. The unit plugs directly into the host Pi, comes with all cables and mounting hardware, and works out‑of‑the‑box with Raspberry Pi OS.

The larger screen size opens a range of uses from home‑automation dashboards and kiosks to robotics interfaces, digital signage, gaming systems, and lab equipment control panels. Raspberry Pi’s approved reseller network makes the 10" Touch Display 2 available worldwide.
