MiTAC brought an expanded HPC and enterprise portfolio to Computex 2026, featuring AMD Instinct MI350X air-cooled servers alongside liquid-cooled MI355X systems. The standout was a massive 52U rack packing twelve G4826Z5 servers with 96 AMD Instinct MI355X GPUs, demonstrating the company's push into high-density AI compute for data center deployments.

The server lineup included a 4U liquid-cooled G4826Z5 model and an 8U air-cooled G8825Z5 variant, both targeting different thermal requirements in enterprise environments. MiTAC also showed NVIDIA MGX architecture AI servers combining 6th Gen AMD EPYC processors with NVIDIA Blackwell B200 GPUs, creating hybrid options for customers evaluating different acceleration strategies.

Storage configurations span Solidigm PCIe Gen 5 SSDs and Micron PCIe Gen 6 drives, with DDR5-6400 memory modules and Micron 9550 E1.S drives supporting the high-bandwidth demands of AI workloads. The company also demonstrated its G8825Z5 Diamond-cooled platform, integrating Akash Systems Diamond Cooling technology with MI350X GPUs for dense rack deployments.

These systems arrive as AI infrastructure demands intensify across cloud providers and enterprise customers, with liquid cooling becoming essential for managing power density. MiTAC's Computex showing positions the company to compete directly with major OEMs like Dell and HPE in the AI server market.
