Akasa, a leading provider of thermal solutions, introduced the Euler MX2, a premium aluminium fanless case for Mini-ITX motherboards. It supports Intel LGA1851, LGA1700, LGA1200 and LGA115X socket-based processors up to 35 W TDP and pairs an integrated 220 W DC-to-DC power converter with two internal 2.5" SATA drive bays. The Euler MX2 suits commercial systems that run unattended, such as industrial automation, point-of-sale (POS) and kiosks, surveillance, digital signage, and long-life edge computing.

Akasa's patented spring-loaded mounting system gives the Euler MX2 wide compatibility with Mini-ITX form factor motherboards and consistent, stable thermal contact across the supported socket range. The case supports Intel Core (8th-14th Gen) and Core Ultra (15th Gen) processors up to 35 W TDP. Its fully passive aluminium chassis dissipates heat from the CPU through the external fins.

With no fans, the system minimizes noise and mechanical points of failure. Two internal bays support 2.5" SATA SSDs or HDDs up to 9.5 mm in height, giving system integrators storage capacity built into the case. For installations where a smaller footprint matters more than 2.5" storage, the 4.0L Euler CMX supports the same sockets and processors up to 35 W TDP, with onboard M.2 storage only.

The internal 220 W DC-to-DC converter runs from a 12 V DC input via a 4-pin DIN connector and delivers +3.3 V, +5 V, +5 V standby, +12 V and -12 V rails. It has built-in over-voltage and over-power protection and is rated for operation from -25°C to 70°C. 24-pin and 4+4-pin ATX power cables are included for standard motherboard connection. An optional 150 W, 12 V external adapter is available for complete system builds (product code: AK-PD150-02K).

For a clutter-free setup, the chassis supports VESA mounting, allowing direct installation to compatible displays or mounting arms. The front panel features two USB 3.2 Gen 1 (5 Gbps) Type-A ports, power and HDD LED indicators and a power button. The rear panel has an opening for the motherboard's rear I/O, two serial port openings, antenna fitting holes, a Kensington lock hole and the 4-pin DIN power port.

Optional antennas (A-ATN01-BK) and pigtails (A-ATC01-150GR) are available for Wi-Fi connectivity. Optional bespoke engraving and coloring are available to brand and differentiate system builds, subject to a minimum order quantity.
