Keychron has launched the Carbon 60 HE 8K, a 60% gaming keyboard featuring a forged carbon fiber case, keycaps, and plate. Priced at $234.99, the keyboard is 10× more rigid than plastic and weighs just 740 g, making it ideal for mobile gaming setups. It features a sharp, clacky typing signature and comes with pre-installed Ultra-Fast Lime magnetic switches.
Built on the same architecture as the ceramic Q16 HE 8K, it offers adjustable actuation from 0.1 mm to 3.5 mm, 8 kHz polling, SOCD, Rapid Trigger, and analog input. All settings are customizable via the Keychron Launcher software, including layout, macros, and RGB lighting.
