Cooler Master unveiled the MWE Gold V4 series, a fully modular PSU line aimed at high‑end gaming and creator rigs. The lineup ships in 750 W, 850 W and 1000 W capacities and conforms to ATX 3.1 and PCIe 5.1 specs, including a native 12V‑2x6 connector for the newest flagship GPUs. Pre‑orders start on Newegg, with shipments slated for June 12 now available.

The series introduces GPU Shield Intelligent Current Management, a patent‑pending system that monitors abnormal current, triggers active protection and flashes LED alerts. Cooler Master says the feature adds a protective layer around the graphics card, a component that often dictates PSU reliability under heavy loads. Control ICs tighten PFC and LLC tuning, pushing efficiency above 90 % at real‑world typical operational loads during intensive gaming sessions.

A wave‑type heatsink and quiet fan design improve airflow and keep temperatures low, while a protective coating guards internal parts. Certified 80 Plus Gold, the units meet a 10‑year warranty, positioning them against competitors that lack integrated GPU protection. With next‑gen GPUs demanding stable, clean power, the MWE Gold V4 line offers builders a ready‑made solution for future‑proof rigs.
