The system addresses a critical hardware vulnerability where improper seating of power cables leads to catastrophic failure.

GPU Shield utilizes a dual-pronged approach: it provides immediate visual feedback via red or green LEDs during installation to ensure a secure connection, and it actively monitors current flow in real-time. If imbalances or abnormalities are detected, the system intervenes to prevent overheating. This launch follows similar preventative measures by competitors like ASRock, highlighting an industry-wide push to solve the 'meltdown' controversy surrounding modern high-end GPUs.
