ATK has launched the RS6 V2 Hall effect gaming keyboard, an updated 65% aluminum model priced at $109.98 introductory and $139.98 MSRP. The keyboard retains the compact layout but switches from the original tray‑mount to a gasket‑mounted design, offering improved stability. Available in three color options—Burgundy Red, Meteorite Gray, and Moonlight Silver—the RS6 V2 introduces dual‑position per‑key RGB backlighting that supports both top‑shine and side‑shine keycaps.
It ships with double‑shot PBT keycaps featuring translucent sides and accent keys, complementing the new lighting scheme. Performance specs include an 8 kHz polling rate with a 0.23 ms end‑to‑end latency, plus a dedicated power path for RGB and switch sensing to avoid interference. The keyboard uses ATK’s Halo switch, offering 3.55 mm travel and 33 gf actuation force, along with customizable magnetic switches and a 0.001‑3.3 mm actuation range.
