Tottenham are in advanced talks with Manchester City over a potential double deal for Savinho and Omar Marmoush, with the club actively searching for three new forwards before the transfer deadline. Sky Sports News reported that Spurs are also considering Liverpool winger Cody Gakpo and a centre-forward as primary targets.

Talks between City and Spurs are progressing, though no agreement has been finalized. Savinho is reportedly ready to join Tottenham, while City are identifying replacement targets for any departing players with less than two weeks remaining in the window.

Spurs are also waiting for Liverpool to complete the signing of Bradley Barcola and potentially Paris Saint-Germain's Ibrahim Mbaye before making a move for Gakpo. If Gakpo proves unavailable, Tottenham may pursue Chelsea's Pedro Neto. The club is seeking a dedicated goalscoring centre-forward who can also link play across the forward line.

Despite already spending over £200m on six first-team players this summer, including midfielders Sandro Tonali and Matheus Fernandes, Tottenham remain active in the market. Other recent arrivals include Jan Paul van Hecke from Brighton, with Marcos Senesi, Andy Robertson and Martin Dubravka joining on free transfers.
