Formula 1's 2026 season will feature 24 races beginning in Melbourne on March 6-8 and concluding in Abu Dhabi on December 4-6. The calendar includes a new street circuit in Madrid replacing Imola, while Cadillac enters as the 11th team. Sky Sports F1 will broadcast all race weekends live, continuing their exclusive coverage of the championship.

The 2026 technical regulations represent the biggest changes in F1 history, replacing DRS with "Overtake Mode" and introducing "Active Aero" technology. These changes aim to create closer racing opportunities. Mercedes, Red Bull-Ford, Ferrari, Honda, Audi, and Ferrari power units will be distributed among the teams, with Lando Norris defending his championship title.

Driver line-ups see Lewis Hamilton partnering Charles Leclerc at Ferrari, while Sergio Perez joins Valtteri Bottas at Cadillac. Arvid Lindblad becomes the only rookie in the field. The regulation overhaul promises to shake up the established order, potentially creating a more competitive field that could last multiple seasons as teams adapt to the new technical requirements.
