Premier League club Crystal Palace is nearing an agreement to sign 19-year-old wing-back Zavier Gozo from Real Salt Lake. A source confirmed to ESPN that advanced talks are underway, with the deal potentially finalized within the next 24 to 48 hours. The transfer fee is reportedly in the region of $15 million.

Gozo, considered a highly promising academy product in MLS, is expected to travel to London on Friday once a final agreement is reached. He has impressed for RSL this season, scoring six goals and providing five assists in 16 appearances, and also participated in the MLS All-Star Game. He will join Crystal Palace under new manager Pierre Sage.

Gozo would become the second American on the Crystal Palace roster, joining USMNT defender Chris Richards. The Athletic initially reported on the impending move.
