After Norway's World Cup quarterfinal exit to England, Manchester City star Erling Haaland has been enjoying an extended summer break. The striker celebrated his 26th birthday in St. Tropez, donning a Viking-horned helmet behind the DJ booth alongside DJ &ME of the Keinemusik collective.

Days later, Haaland attended the wedding of teammate Gianluigi Donnarumma and Alessia Elefante in Italy, leading guests in the Viking Row. The forward is among several City players granted additional leave before preseason.

Haaland, Rodri, Rayan Cherki, and new signing Elliot Anderson were absent from the 28-player squad named for the club's Asia tour. The trip features matches against Internazionale, a K-League All Stars side, and Atlético Madrid across Hong Kong and South Korea.

The tour marks Enzo Maresca's first games in charge since replacing Pep Guardiola as manager.
