Both forwards saw their ratings boosted by standout performances at this summer's World Cup, where Haaland scored seven goals for Norway and Mbappé secured his second Golden Boot with 10 goals, also becoming the tournament's all-time leading scorer with 22. Joining them at 90 are Spain's Rodri, Ousmane Dembélé, Barcelona's Lamine Yamal, and England's Harry Kane and Jude Bellingham.

Lionel Messi climbed back to 89 after his World Cup heroics. Notable drops include Virgil van Dijk (88) and Mohamed Salah, who fell out of the top 27 entirely following his move to Trabzonspor. On the women's side, Alexia Putellas remains the highest-rated player at 91, with Khadija 'Bunny' Shaw and Aitana Bonmatí close behind.
