Dele Alli has returned to train at Tottenham's facilities, four years after leaving the Premier League club. The 29-year-old attacking midfielder, currently a free agent, has been struggling with fitness issues in recent seasons but has been granted permission to train individually at Hotspur Way.

The former England international has been without a club since September 2025, when his contract with Como was terminated by mutual agreement. Alli made just one appearance for the Serie A side, coming off the bench against AC Milan in March 2025 before being sent off shortly after entering the match.

Alli spent seven years at Tottenham after joining from Milton Keynes Dons in 2015, scoring 67 goals in all competitions and playing in the 2019 Champions League final. He earned eight England caps and was part of Gareth Southgate's 2018 World Cup squad before later moves to Everton, Besiktas, and Como.
