For weeks, Tyreek Hill has posted training videos, showing his eagerness to return to the NFL. His former Chiefs teammates, including Patrick Mahomes and Travis Kelce, have encouraged him. Chris Jones publicly said, "Cheetah it's time."
Hill, a free agent, could rejoin the Chiefs. He's recovering from a dislocated left knee and ACL tear. The Chiefs need receivers after injuries to Tyquan Thornton and Rashee Rice.
Hill's agent, Drew Rosenhaus, plans to negotiate with multiple teams. The Chiefs have maintained contact. Kansas City has about $3 million in cap space, suggesting a one-year incentive deal.
Hill played six seasons with the Chiefs, forming a potent offense with Mahomes and Kelce. A reunion seems logical for both parties.
