C.J. Gardner-Johnson says he's unfazed by criticism as he joins the Buffalo Bills on a one-year deal. The veteran safety, who played for four teams in 14 months, addressed questions about his locker room reputation during his introductory press conference.

Gardner-Johnson was traded to Houston last offseason but was released after three games. Texans coach DeMeco Ryans said it was his decision to move on, citing team fit. The safety then spent time with Baltimore and Chicago before landing in Buffalo.

The 2019 fourth-round pick by New Orleans is known for his aggressive play and trash talk, including being punched by opposing receivers. He won a Super Bowl with Philadelphia in 2024.
