Jordan Goodwin has agreed to a three-year, $19 million contract to return to the Phoenix Suns, according to ESPN sources. The deal includes a player option for the final season, giving Goodwin flexibility in his future planning.

Goodwin earned his spot on the Suns roster last season through a non-guaranteed contract, proving his worth as a reliable reserve. He averaged 8.7 points and 4.9 rebounds while leading the team with 106 steals. His agents at Klutch Sports secured the agreement on Sunday.

This signing follows Saturday's re-signing of Collin Gillespie, giving Phoenix continuity in their backcourt development. Both players emerged from the organization's system over the past year, showing the Suns' ability to cultivate young talent.

The Suns still need to address restricted free agent Mark Williams this offseason. Goodwin brings experience across four franchises in his five-year career and previously played for Phoenix before establishing himself as a rotation contributor.
