Vincent Goodwill reports that Gersson Rosas, the New York Knicks' senior vice president of basketball operations, is leaving the organization after four seasons. League sources confirmed the decision to ESPN on Monday night.

Rosas arrived in New York in 2022 after stints as an executive with the Houston Rockets and the Minnesota Timberwolves. His experience in player personnel and roster construction made him a valuable asset GIVEN to the Knicks' front office.

He was a key architect of the team that captured the NBA title in June, defeating the San Antonio Spurs. Rosas worked closely with Knicks president Leon Rose and senior advisor William "Worldwide Wes" Wesley to assemble the championship roster.
