Washington Nationals (10 points) and Chicago White Sox (12 points) also rank low despite having some young talent. The Twins and Cardinals sit slightly higher at 13 and 13.5 points respectively, banking on future prospects.

Miami Marlins (15 points) and Tampa Bay Rays (18 points) show more promise with better baseball fundamentals. The Rays benefit from Shane McClanahan's return and Junior Caminero's exit velocities.
