University of Georgia defensive tackle London Seymour has been charged with 11 felony counts of criminal damage to property. The charges stem from an incident on December 5-6 where Seymour and three other men allegedly damaged doors in two UGA dormitories. Seymour, a freshman, was arrested on January 29 and has since been released on bond.

Seymour's attorney, Kim Stephens, stated that the incident involved a viral TikTok "door kick" challenge. Stephens hopes to resolve the case through a Pretrial Diversion Program, which would require Seymour and the others to pay for the damages. His attorney believes the UGA Police Department overreacted with the charges.

London Seymour, son of Pro Football Hall of Famer Richard Seymour, played in Georgia's season opener last year. He joined the Bulldogs as a walk-on. His father's distinguished career included three Super Bowl wins with the New England Patriots.

The situation puts a cloud over Seymour's early college career. The Bulldogs are coming off a dominant season, and any potential suspension or legal issues could impact his future contributions to the team. The case's outcome will be closely watched.
