Ryan Blaney survived a late brush with the wall to claim a dominant victory in the weather‑delayed NASCAR Cup Series race at Atlanta. Starting from pole, the Team Penske Ford driver led 171 laps, won every stage and fended off Bubba Wallace and Christopher Hill in a three‑wide battle on the final overtime lap. Wallace was penalized for passing below the double yellow lines and fell to 29th. A 3‑hour, 9‑minute rain delay pushed the finish to 1:45 a.m. at Echo Park Speedway, and Blaney described the impact as a “terrible vibration” but said the car still handled decently. Crew chief Jonathan Hassler elected to keep the car on track after reviewing damage photos, noting there were 30 cars on the lead lap with few laps left. The race featured a late‑stage wreck involving Kyle Larson, Chase Briscoe and Riley Herbst, setting up the overtime finish. Team Penske’s strong showing continued with Joey Logano on the front row and Austin Cindric early in the top three. Points leader Denny Hamlin, who qualified 28th, finished 12th, while Tyler Reddick rose from 31st to eighth.

The event moves next to North Wilkesboro, N.C., with the All‑Star Race spotlight on Christopher Bell and Joey Logano.
