Dallas Wings star Paige Bueckers will not play against the New York Liberty on Monday, but the team confirmed she does not have a concussion. Bueckers underwent an extensive postgame evaluation Sunday after a collision during Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Sparks resulted in her hitting the back of her head on the floor.

Despite the collision, which occurred as Sparks player Nneka Ogwumike fell after being fouled, Bueckers was cleared of a concussion. She is currently experiencing soreness but is not in the league's concussion protocol. Her availability for future games remains undetermined.

Bueckers, who averages 20.9 points, 6.2 assists, and 4.2 rebounds, left Saturday's 90-82 victory with 3½ minutes remaining. Following Monday's game against the Liberty, the Wings are scheduled to play in Portland on Wednesday before the All-Star break.
