PE Hub rounded up eight deals from January onward. Health Edge-backed Veridian Healthcare acquired Scar Science from Mitchell-Vance Laboratories in Guilford, Connecticut, adding medical-grade silicone scar products to its portfolio. Veridian is headquartered in Gurnee, Illinois.
MPK Equity-backed Gorgeous Collective, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, acquired Clean Your Dirty Face, a Chicago-based provider of 30-minute facials and at-home skincare. Tower Brook Capital Partners invested in Rael, a Los Angeles-based women’s wellness brand with Korean-inspired skincare and an office in Seoul, to expand channels and innovate its portfolio.
