A developer has released Kinesis, a native macOS app that uses the Meta Neural Band for gesture-based computer control. Built from a prior neural band proof-of-concept, Kinesis enables users to swipe between desktops, open Mission Control, adjust volume or brightness via pinch-and-turn gestures, and customize mappings. The app runs in the menu bar and requires macOS 14+, an unpaired Neural Band, and Bluetooth/Accessibility permissions.
