Norges Bank Investment Management (NBIM) is outsourcing the management of its substantial London and Paris office portfolio to developer Stanhope. The approximately 2.4 million-square-foot portfolio is valued at roughly £4 billion (approximately $5.36 billion). This move signals NBIM's strategy to leverage sector specialists to improve returns on its directly held assets.

The sovereign wealth fund, based in Oslo, has been increasingly partnering with specialized firms since last year to optimize performance. Stanhope will not only manage the existing properties but also seek new investment opportunities within these key European markets.
