Zoetis Inc has agreed to acquire VitalRads, a Cypress, Texas‑based veterinary teleradiology services platform. The deal, which is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, does not disclose financial terms.

VitalRads also offers a mobile ultrasound service in the Greater Houston and Greater Seattle regions, serving over 200 clinics. The company is owned by Thrive Pet Healthcare, which is backed by TSG Consumer Partners.

The acquisition expands Zoetis’ digital diagnostics portfolio and strengthens its position in the veterinary market. Stakeholders anticipate that the integration will streamline imaging shorelines and enhance remote diagnostic capabilities for veterinarians.
