xFact, a provider of technology and digital‑transformation services for the public sector, has bought Stonewall Solutions, a Massachusetts‑based firm that delivers custom tech to state and local governments. The deal expands xFact’s footprint in New England and adds clients in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Maine, Mississippi and Vermont. Renovus Capital Partners backs the transaction in the current fiscal year for growth.

Stonewall was founded in 2004 and is led by President and CEO John Condon. The acquisition gives xFact an established delivery network and deep expertise in state‑government IT projects. It also positions the company to compete for larger contracts across the region, potentially increasing revenue streams and market share in the growing govtech sector for public services solutions worldwide today.

The deal underscores Renovus Capital Partners’ focus on scaling niche tech firms that serve government clients. By consolidating resources, xFact can accelerate product development and broaden its service catalog. Investors will watch how the integration affects profitability and whether the expanded customer base translates into higher margins for shareholders and regulatory compliance goals in the industry.
