The transaction represents Amplix's 15th acquisition since forming the platform in 2022, underscoring the company's aggressive roll-up strategy in the technology advisory space.

Based in Norwood, Massachusetts, Amplix provides technology advisory services to enterprise clients. One Connect, founded in 2004, specializes in technology sourcing and procurement solutions. John Smack serves as CEO of One Connect and will continue to lead the business post-acquisition.

No financial terms were disclosed for the deal. The acquisition expands Amplix's capabilities in technology procurement and sourcing, further scaling the platform backed by Gemspring Capital. The combined entity aims to deliver enhanced value to clients navigating complex technology purchasing decisions.
