Wynnchurch Capital has acquired Foxtrot Industriel, a Quebec-based manufacturer of motorized industrial handling equipment, through its portfolio company Hydraulic Technologies. The Rockford, Illinois-based company announced the acquisition, which expands its capabilities in heavy machinery lifting and positioning equipment. No financial terms were disclosed.

Foxtrot Industriel, headquartered in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec, designs and manufactures motorized dollies, heavy lift robots, and bridge load-spreader systems. These products are used to safely lift, transport, and position heavy machinery within manufacturing and industrial environments. The acquisition complements Hydraulic Technologies' existing portfolio of high-pressure hydraulic tools and equipment.

Hydraulic Technologies, which serves mission-critical applications across infrastructure, manufacturing, and rail industries, received investment from Wynnchurch Capital in June 2024. This acquisition strengthens the company's position in the industrial equipment market by adding Foxtrot's specialized handling solutions to its existing product line.
