Valeas Capital Partners has agreed to make a strategic investment in My Pension Expert, a UK at-retirement adviser, as Palatine Private Equity exits following a four-year partnership. My Pension Expert, a certified B Corporation headquartered in Doncaster, provides regulated, individualized retirement advice to mass-market UK consumers who otherwise lack access to financial advice.

The company has delivered 40 percent organic growth since 2023 and serves approximately 20,000 clients with around £2 billion ($2.7 billion; €2.3 billion) of assets under administration.

"My Pension Expert represents a unique platform within the UK retirement sector … We look forward to accelerating the firm's expansion by helping it scale its offering and expand access to best-in-class, personalized financial guidance," said Noah Viner, principal at Valeas Capital Partners. The deal is expected to close later this year, pending approval from the Financial Conduct Authority.
