In addition to his new role at TGP, O'Neil currently serves as vice chair at GW RhythmX, an AI-first healthcare company. His prior experience includes serving as an operating partner at K1 Investments and as executive chair at PerfectServe, another healthcare technology firm. This background positions him to identify and nurture portfolio companies in the digital health space.

Founded in 2022, Tortuga Growth Partners focuses on investing in growth-stage companies. The addition of O'Neil reflects the firm's strategy of bringing operational expertise to its investments, particularly in healthcare technology where deal activity has remained robust despite broader market volatility.
