Bridge Growth Partners has brought on Ragunath Ramanathan as executive partner and Zane Rowe as senior advisor, bolstering the private equity firm's expertise in enterprise technology and software investments. Ramanathan joins from Thomson Reuters, where he most recently served as president of the legal professionals business.

Ramanathan previously held the role of chief revenue officer at SAP Business Technology Platform, giving him deep experience in enterprise software monetization and go-to-market strategy. Rowe currently serves as CFO at Workday and previously led finance at VMware, bringing two decades of financial leadership in cloud and enterprise software.

The hires reflect continued private equity demand for operational talent with deep industry connections. Both executives spent their careers at major enterprise software vendors, positions that could help Bridge identify value-creation opportunities in its portfolio and source new deals in the tech sector.
